That will be my last experience at trotters for haircuts. I used to come often for my girl before but Unfortunately Tuesday was a disaster!
I had to pay £28 for a horrible haircut on Eugénie. I told the girl before to start to not cut to short the hair at the back, what she exactly did! When she saw my face she argued that’s the way to cut at the back. I never saw that! nothing straight! She was shaking and leave Eugénie with this horrible haircut.
