Tijen couldn’t have been more wonderful during an emotional time of getting our son’s first haircut. She entertained him from the second we stepped into the ‘salon’ and the whole experience resulted in nothing but smiles. She worked around our son so quickly yet paying such sweet attention to his natural hair and how to keep it soft and ‘him’ all at the same time. We couldn’t be more grateful for such a special experience!

I had asked Angel to just trim and tidy up Noah's hair as it has been done before really well by 2 other hair stylists at Trotters in King's Road. Angel said she understood but she cut Noah's hair in a completely different way to what had been asked her. It was too short all around the his curls were gone. I was very disappointed and I did express my feelings to her.
I wish we had the stylist from our previous visit 😕
