Danielle was absolutely amazing! She cut my 8 months baby’s hair first and then my 3 year old toddlers . Both of them didn’t cry even once. She did an amazing job at styling aswell. She took her time throughout and was excellent with both of them. Thankyou so much again:)

Honestly I have been coming here for years and I really got a mixed vibe coming in for the cut. We have not been able to get a cut since just before Xmas as we have been busy and life etc. I was told me my child had a mullet and he should have come sooner. This continued to happen throughout appointment and her questioning me why. I would like to point out I’m a paying customer and do not need interrogation. What I do is my prerogative. He had a lovely cut but bedside manner could be worked on.

Eden at Trotters is fantastic - kind and gentle (my 2 year old was at ease throughout the entire haircut), thorough and professional (he left no hair unturned), and generally very pleasant and lovely to be around. I’m impressed and honestly surprised by how much my usually fidgety and wary toddler enjoyed the entire experience. Had I known it would’ve been this painless I’d have booked a haircut with Eden sooner rather than DIY at home. Thank you Eden!
