We took our daughter (almost 2) for her first haircut. It was a Sunday afternoon during the 'chelsea in bloom' season so it was really busy.
Our stylist Eden was fantastic. He immediately tried to engage with our daughter, showing her the fish and being really friendly. He was quick and clearly a very experienced stylist. We thought he was wonderful.
The haircut area is small and does feel quite crowded when it's busy and the shop assistants weren't that on the ball.
