Cut my daughters hair way too short. She was moaning. Not very clear in her speech. Never coming back to Trotters for my daughters hair cut ever again! Last two cuts have been terrible. A shame since she’s been going to trotters from first hair cut

The instruction was a trim and 4 inches were cut off my daughters hair - she was very upset. My 5yr old son’s hair cut looks like “Nicola sturgeon” according to my husband. We won’t be back and probably have to take my son to a stylist for a corrective cut.

I bring my boy since his first hair cut with you guys, and this last time it was just to cut a little at the front.
I have requested to cut without the line at the front(like usually is used for girls), however the lady taking attention to his hair and something else.
So now, his hair is looking like he had a bowl on the top of his head to line up to be cut.
I didn't like it.
