Wasn’t sure about the haircut. It wasn’t very tidy in the end but the person didn’t seem keen to finish properly as my toddler was moving a lot making it difficult. I also remember the last time I went the person had safety round tip scissors. This time they were normal hairdressing scissors and she was going very close to the eye area which was stressful. Overall I wouldn’t recommend

Only our 3 year olds second haircut due to COVID.....came here the first time and she loved it. So, came back and she loved it again....Nancy (hairdresser) was brilliant, and made it a really fun, enjoyable & positive haircut experience for her....with the bonus of a great haircut as well :)

The hair stylist (and the haircut) was great but the staff at the check out till was rude and condescending. I would still go back for my child’s haircut but just avoid having to interact with the Trotters staff.
