Eden was friendly as always and did an outstanding job on our impatient toddler’s hair. He kindly checked if we wanted to trim her fringe a bit shorter so that we could wait longer before returning for another haircut, which is such a thoughtful suggestion!

My 4 y old is autistic. We have been cutting her hair at trotters since she was 1, every booking I leave a note saying she is autistic and struggled however every time we turn up for the appointment the staff member has no clue and don’t seem patient
