I know that the appointment is limited to 20 minutes but we travelled all the way from Milton Keynes just to get a haircut from Trotters. This took us about 2.5 hours each way. Angel knew about how far we had travelled from for this appointment.
And when we suggested we wanted to cut the hair shorter than originally agreed, we were immediately shot down saying the appointment is 20 minutes without any consideration for our position. We would not be returning to Trotters after this experience.

Second time we’ve come here and they do such a good job with the cut whilst being brilliant with our little one (they did the very first haircut too). Plus all the little touches and the aquarium and cars to play make it such a good experience. Highly recommend.

Angel did an excellent job on my son’s haircut. She took great care and didn’t seem to rush, despite the fact that there were others waiting after us. Will be requesting her specifically next time.
