Massive difference with coming here and the Trotters in King's Road where they cut my child's skin and rushed his haircut.

Location was difficult to find especially with a buggy and Harrods staff members very unhelpful. Staff seemed busy with other things and didn’t take the time to explain what would happen, and the haircut they gave my daughter is quite frankly awful. Huge great chunks of hair cut off from behind her ears and the back before we even had chance to see or object. It was supposed to be a lovely first experience and it looks awful and felt cheap. Do not recommend
