Ana was lovely to deal with & made our daughter at ease so much that the whole experience was seamless. Our daughter has difficult curly hair & her attention to detail and soft approach resulted in our daughter enjoying her first haircut with no tears whatsoever!!

The haircut experience at Harrods was exactly the same as other Trotter branches and I’m not sure why it’s more expensive.
It took less than 20 minutes same as Trotters at kings road or Northcote road.
Next time I will be going back to kings road and save myself the extra.
