We had a wonderful first haircut for our daughter at Trotters Harrods. Ana was so sweet and patient with our 5 month old, even though she was moving around a lot. We felt very comfortable and it was an enjoyable and memorable experience!

The lady who cut my son’s hair was very understanding, she gave us tips to make him comfortable. She also could tell we were nervous because it was his haircut so she also calmed us. We all loved it!
