I went for party lashes. The therapist stuck the first one on my eyelid. When I questioned why they were on my lid rather than my lashes, she called someone else to check and they then talked across me in another language. The 2nd therapist then grabbed the lashes and pulled them down so that they were on my own lashes before the first therapist then proceeded to put the next set on.
One set had fallen off before I got home so i had to restick them myself anyway. Waste of time and money

My treatment was great and had changed my whole look, but I felt there was a lack of communication with staff. One would give you offers and the other staff dont know about the offers and then entirely change the whole price range without mentioning before time.
