I went on a groupon price offer for wash cut blow dry and half head highlights.
When styling Raj Seemed in a hurry to move on so dried it her way and I didn’t end up with quite the right look for me. No thin brush. It would have been helpful to have a longer consultation and the extra £10 charge for using tongs could have been explained. The wash and head massage was EXCELLENT. The cut was very quick and uneven. It might be better when I’ve styled it at home.

I have been with Trio Salon since its inception and with Farah before that. I always tell her she had magic hands. I have never had a bad experience there and if I am unhappy I know Farah will deal with.

I can't recommend this Salon enough!! Booked a hollywood, full legs, arms and underarms. First of all, Razwana was very accommodating and understanding and welcomed me with a very positive energy even with the rescheduling. The salon was clean, and modest and had a nice atmosphere. The waxing on all parts were thorough and Razwana made sure that I was happy with every section before she moved on to the next. (Talk about customer satisfaction!). She had a very good understanding of what to do to make the experience the least painful and for waxing that's all any girl could ask for. Amazing experience, will definitely be booking again. If you're wondering who to book with Razwana is an amazing choice, especially for waxing. Thank you for having me.

My experience of rhis salon is extremely positive. I was attended to promptly by friendly staff. Raj took into account my request and cut my hair really well. I also had an eyebrow reshape which she did very competantly.
