Even with my problematic hair structure the lady managed to do a clean job

I went in was really looking forward to getting them waxed for the first time. The place actually looked good and had the music playing. The lady that waxed my eyebrows didn't understand half the English without sounding rude which meant what I asked to be done to my eyebrows she had no idea. I paid £8 for brow waxing for her to wax the top and pluck the rest and when I asked for my arch to be done she did not understand. Still unhappy and have to now go somewhere else and pay again. Will not be going back
