It's a nice, clean salon, the end result was good, the team member did a very thorough job to make sure all was done well, so thank you for that.
However I need to point out that although hot wax is used, it is not allowed to harden in order to be pulled off whole, it is taken off when still wet using strips. The Hollywood service is not truly hot wax as it is used incorrectly, therefore missing the benefits of hot wax.
From speaking to the team member this appears to be due to perceived time restraints. I have had previous hot wax treatments in other salons when my hair has been both thick and sparse and it had been completed using the proper hot wax technique in the same length of time.
I did not have a bad experience, the result was good, but if I had read a review such as this first saying that the hot wax process, which is my preference, is not properly followed, I would have chosen another salon.

Great customer service. The lady made me feel comfortable and took her time to ensure that everything was waxed. The salon looks very clean and well kept too. :)

I’ve had my waxing done with the same person for the last 10 years and have never tried anywhere else. I couldn’t get a last minute appointment where I normally go so decided to try here.
Honestly never going back to my normal lady. This was the best experience I’ve ever had! It barely hurt (obviously all waxing hurts a bit) and she really took her time and made sure I was happy with everything! I will definitely be returning! Hands down best waxing experience ever!
