The only reason I haven't given the salon a maximum rating is because I had to wait for nearly an hour for my appointment as my stylist was running late and also because there was no hot water to wash my hair so it had to be done with medium temperature water - not ideal.
My stylist was Toni, incredibly nice and polite and I love what he has done to my hair. He went out of his way to give me recommendations and talk me through and explain why he did what he did so I understand my hair. I also got an incredibly warm reception when I arrived and everyone was polite and professional. All in all, a great experience!

This is a good salon where all the stylists listen to their clients. I saw no wacky cuts, but you will get a thorough consultation, dialogue on what you want, and thoughtful suggestions on colour and cut. Good classic cutting, which is difficult to find.
Salon is spotless and friendly. It is a fairly new establishment, and all the stylists are committed to its success.

From the best hair wash and head massage I've ever had at a hairdresser, to the extreme attention to detail and time taken over my cut, I couldn't fault the guys at Transition if I tried. I hate having to prescribe exactly what I want at the hairdresser - I just want someone who knows what they're doing and knows how to make my hair look good. I asked Tal to do what he thought would work, and I came out with possibly the best cut I've ever had. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this salon.

Place is nice and clean, staff is young and quite friendly. Unfortunately the guy seemed to listen at me but at the end he made something different with my hair. Don't know if there was a misunderstanding or whatever, I ran away from that place very unsatisfied. It's ashamed because the place is nice but the director (the one that cut my hair) maybe wasn't in a listening mood that day.
