I really enjoyed this venue, the ambience and thought it was a clean and hygienic salon. My hair was done up to my standards. The only thing is, I have curly hair and instead of getting my hair blow-dried straight, i had to leave it out curly after having products put in and using the diffuser. While i liked the result, i would have preferred it straight, but this was not possible because of time limitations and because of my curly hair.

I went to Transition for a haircut with Tony. He (and all the other staff) were so lovely and welcoming. He kept checking that everything was okay and that I was comfortable - without being pushy or overly chatty. Tony listened to what I wanted done and then took his time to make sure that it was exactly right and that I was completely happy. For the price it was an exceptionally good haircut. It's a shame that they only accept Treatwell vouchers for first time clients but I will be going back. Even full price - for the quality of the haircut and the fantastic customer service it will be worth it. Thanks guys :)

Great salon and great value. I absolutely love my hair cut and will be going back. The ambiance is very nice and the staff is very friendly. Also when I left they gave me a voucher for 20% off my next treatment! Would highly recommend this salon to friends.
