I loved the salon, the staff, the experience. I chose Toni as I had read all the good reviews here on Treatwell. He was great and I felt very confident and comfortable in his hands. Whole experience was great and am very happy with my hair. I would 100% recommend Transition and will definitely go back.

I had a really good experience at Transition. The staff were friendly and made a real effort to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. My hairstylist was lovely and spent a good amount of time talking through what we were going to do with my hair, offering advice without being pushy.
The salon was nice and clean and was a very calming space to be in - I would definitely recommend this salon.

My stylist was really thorough in asking what I wanted done, but I never really know what I want, so he provided some good ideas which I went for. This studio was humming with business! Sometimes I find it awkward to get my hair cut with a new stylist, but the ambience was so lively with people coming in and out throughout my appointment that this was not an issue. I was even offered a complimentary tea when I arrived. And they took my coat. I'm definitely small-town, so maybe these things are customary, but the extra touches were nice.
