So i booked with treatwell to have leah do my hair as she has done it amazing before, i turned up and found out that i didnt have an appointment and that leah was on a day off so got squeezed in with a different hairdresser. I was sat there for 45mins waiting with soaking wet hair, no consultation about what i wanted done, prior to having my hair washed. Now i have one side longer than the other, horrific cut and im traumatised, DONT GO HERE, my hair is ruined! They also charged me more!
