The lady that did my nails was really friendly and the venue and surroundings is lovely but the treatment itself was below par. Having had a gel nails removal and new gel manicure, I’ve now got very sore and cut cuticles from the harsh filing/file and several of the nails have already chipped the day after when I haven’t been doing anything with my hands which might affect them. I’ll have to go get them redone which will be painful because of the cuts to the cuticles or leave them looking scruffy now.
The manicure itself wasn’t great- on closer inspection this morning several of the nails have lumps in the gel etc and they just don’t have a great finish. Shame really as the team member was so friendly and the venue is lovely but I wouldn’t return there on reflection

They managed to fit me and the salon felt completely covid safe. Really happy with my cut and the team were very friendly and welcoming. Will book with this stylist again. Thanks!

It was my first cut at the Salon, and the first day permitted for Haircuts under the COVID restrictions. The staff were brilliant under strange circumstances and the cut was terrific. Great care was taken. I am already booked for my next trim...
