I became a regular at Tranquility after they were highly recommended to me by a friend. Since then, I've often thought I would travel from almost anywhere just to be seen by Diane. I've come to look forward to being treated by her because her knowledgeable attention to detail is so deeply reassuring. It helps me feel safe & very well taken care of. It's also meaningfully changed/raised my expectations of other beauticians. Lastly, the salon itself is very clean, well-put-together, & calming.

This was my first time visiting the salon and my first wax in a couple of years.
Diane was amazing - fast, thorough and reassuring. It was as pain-free as a wax can get and the results are amazing.

I usually have Diane for my treatments. She had a tough job making my nails look even better than ok as my nails tear easily. I’d not a few very short ones in my right hand and so I told her to do the best she could, which she did.
Always checks the shape I prefer etc
I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless on holiday .
