Everyone at who works there are so open and nice. I’ve been twice atm and omg each time I get treat so nicely I love the atmosphere. The first time I went i was getting my eyelashes tinted and I said how I was anxious and the way they helped me get through my anxiety it helped me so much. Love all of the girls they always know how to help. The building over all clean and tidy. Friendly atmosphere and a calming atmosphere staff very friendly and gentle.

Tranquility health and beauty is great for a few reasons. Staff are supportive and friendly no problem goes unseen. When I went for my first appointment I said to the girls I struggle with anxiety and with that they supported me in ways that me and the girls knew it would put me at ease. I’m now a regular costumer and everytime I go in I don’t feel too anxious but they stick to helping just incase and the environment is so calm and soothing.

This was my second time at Tranquility and I will definitely be going back here. The wax was as quick as it could be while taking the time to discuss exactly what I wanted and making sure it was done in the least painful way. Diane was brilliant - so professional but really friendly and calming, talking you through everything she does and recommending a tailored experience. The perfect balance of a friendly & welcoming place that is also professional with high standards.
