Diane has been qualified since 1986, Trained at North Tyneside College of Further Education. She taught Beauty Therapy at two local colleges of Further Education for 15 years.

Cariad has been qualified since 2013, but has been shadowing Diane (mum) for many years. Cariad used to act as model for Diane's students during her time as a Beauty Lecturer, so her technique very much mirrors Diane's in many ways! Cariad's speciality is lash and brow tinting.

Karolina has been qualified in Level 2 Beauty treatments ( Waxing, Facials, Manicures and Pedicures ) since July 2023, She is now working towards a Level 3 Beauty diploma which includes Massage, Electrical facials ( Galvanic, Faradic / Ems, High frequency and Microcurrent ), Body electricals ( G5, High frequency, Galvanic, Vacuum suction and Microcurrent ). Karolina is due to qualify in these treatments in August 2024.
