Business owner asked me to cancel treatwell appointment and pay her via cash. On refusing, was asked to pay the difference because 35% commission goes to treatwell. Despite agreeing on the price earlier on the call, Paid £20 on top of what i paid via treatwell, Left the Salon let down, embarassed. Salon owner then texted to return the money but i had left by then. Another lady who got hair coloured in the Salon was in tears because her were coloured too orange for her liking.
