Had a deep tissue massage with Teresa today .My shoulders were my main problem area Teresa is very skilled in her role and knows exactly what pressure is needed to release stubborn knots . She kept asking if the pressure was ok throughout the treatment. I felt relaxed and comfortable and left feeling very light , will definitely recommend and will be back very soon .

I felt safe during this pregnancy massage (31 weeks pregnant at the time). My masseuse confidently knew what was ok to do and what was not. I walked out so relaxed and I’ll be back again before I give birth. Highly recommend.
