Tracy gives a fantastic deep tissue massage. She managed to get into numerous tight spots that I didn’t even know needed tending. She also managed to strike an important balance between the experience being therapeutic AND being relaxing. Highly recommended.

I mentioned that my back muscles and hamstrings were really tight , and the treatment was modified to concentrate on those areas. By the time the treatment was over I felt I had a lot more mobility in those areas. Which was the whole reason I booked the deep tissue massage. would definitely recommend
