Tracy was absolutely lovely. She put me at ease as I was a first-timer. Getting accupuncture is such a weird sensation but as long as keep breathing and let Tracy know what’s going on with your body, all will be well. The massage was also excellent. It’s all to play for in the next 48 hours post-treatment but right now I feel very good. Would recommend Tracy to anyone, especially if its your first time and you’re a bit nervous.
