Tracy is great! Really professional, experienced and friendly and made me feel at ease. I went for a massage due to a knee injury and she was knowledgeable and good at treating the issue. The room is quite small but has a nice atmosphere and the staff on reception are also friendly. I would definitely go back.

Tracey did a great job! She's very friendly and easily found the tension in my neck and shoulders and worked them through. She also suggested using some acupuncture needles (for no extra cost), which I was initially nervous about but she put me at ease and they actually really helped! Great value and will be returning.

Movers and Shapers is a great establishment with ample parking and easy to get to via public transport. The treatment room is warm, comforting and very relaxed. I have particular issues with my upper body and Tracy not only eased those debilitating problems but she identified some lower back problems I was sort of aware of but didn't think to mention, re-aligned my spine and gave me the know-how to avoid future injuries and maintain healthy posture. I was so impressed and satisfied with my treatment that I paid for two of my friends who I knew would benefit from a visit to her treatment table. I can't recommend Tracy Bruce Sports Therapy enough.
Amazing experience nothing was too much for Tracy. Left feeling wonderful. Highly recommend.
