Amazing deep tissue massage! I’d been having some headaches and neck pain due to a door home office set up and Stephanie was great, she was helpful and showed me some stretches after the massage to help with any aches and pains.

Tracy is honestly a god send and has been helping me for years now. I have Charcot-Marie-tooth disease and whenever I am in crisis with muscle spasm and chronic pain she is the first place I go to

I can’t help giving the full star rating! My first time with acupuncture and she really guided me well throughout the process and was very reassuring!
The massage was very relaxing and strong as well. The most impressive thing about it was she was able to identify my problem with my hips straight away which saved months of not knowing the cause of my pain!
