I had a muscle strain affecting my shoulder blade with such pain I couldn’t breathe. I had two appointments this week to help iron it out. Stef really gave me the needed relief and worked all angles until the muscle finally relaxed. She is very knowledgeable, communicative and skilled to help reset the muscles to the proper place. I went in sore and left much happier with relief and a proper fix to the problem. Stef is sooo good - thankyou!! The Treatment Rooms is my fav place for a massage.
