I’ve been having severe back spasms over the past couple of months, and as such have a lot of pain in my lower back and pelvis. Teresa was careful and considerate of my pain, and knew exactly where to work on at what pressure to provide relief. I felt comfortable being treated by someone who really knew which muscles needed attention. I will be back, and would love to try acupuncture too as suggested by Teresa. Communication was also great throughout from booking to leaving the treatment rooms.

Fantastic deep tissue massage as always. I always leave feeling lighter and refreshed - Teresa is fantastic and pays great attention to detail. She is great at working through areas where I have tension, and the 20-minute quick fix is literally that - I feel 'fixed' at the end. This has very quickly become my regular spot and will explore other services.
