Tracy was very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and also very personable, despite a sports massage at times being a bit painful it was actually an enjoyable experience as she's quite a character and very down to earth! Would definitely recommend and I will use her company again . A professional sports massage outfit . Also great to support a local business.
