Over the years I've had built up tension which has affected my shoulders and neck, The advice and acupuncture/deep tissue treatment I received was superb. I felt so relaxed and Tracie made me feel at ease. I'm definitely returning and have already booked my second treatment.

This was my first time at the Treatment Rooms and I was really impressed. Reception was clean, bright and well stocked with water and drinks. Both receptionists I spoke with were friendly, as was Matt. The massage itself was really good and thorough, and Matt identified some problem areas which he worked on for me and gave me some tips for improving them (need a new office chair at the very least!) Have to say I'm still a bit sore though 2 days on!
