Extremely poor experience, the atmosphere was dead, I felt like an inconvenience from start to finish when I asked a question. Lyne charged me the wrong amount at the end and I was not told I would be charged £2 for water when it was put in front of me. This is my second time going to Townhouse and while the manicures are very good. It is not worth the price. I genuinely thought my first time was a ‘once off’ bad experience but it seems like every salon is the same.

Townhouse Nail Salon is the perfect little gem situated on Northcote Road. My BIAB manicure is perfection. They took such good care and attention to detail on my nails and helped me find the perfect colour. The hygiene standards are like no other salon I’ve seen before, absolutely immaculate and the staff are all so friendly. 100% recommend to everyone, it’s a little piece of heaven, pure luxury!
