On Monday 27th April I waited over 30 mins after my appointment time but then had to leave & get a refund as I didn’t have time to wait longer, and I was told it would be another 5-10 mins before they could start. It left me with chipped nails for an important meeting the next day which was frustrating. I won’t be returning if I can’t rely on booking an appointment resulting in me getting my nails done during that time. A real shame as I used to like this salon & be a regular customer
