Unfortunately the manager at this place is simply rude. She ignores questions and acts as if she’s doing a favour by doing a manicure. She’s rude and unprofessional. Tools are dirty and not sanitised. They also charge £10 for two nails repair (even though the repair is needed due to poorly completed manicure!)
