The saddest part about this appointment was that the first woman I had was lovely, very nice and patient. When it got to. a certain point I was unfortunately moved to another person who's the reason for my very low score.
She was rude, kept on sighing. I simply asked to see all the colours and she kept trying to pick them for me, I had to politely ask again to just saw me more options but this somehow annoyed her? Very weird and unnecessary. Good luck.
