The manicure was one of the poorest I have had. No lotion applied whatsoever. The filing didn’t shape my nails and had to touch them up once home as they had sharp edges. I had a bit of bleeding from the top as well but the technician didn’t even check and I had to clean it with a tissue on the way home. Have been there several times before and something seems to have changed in the staff, the quality has gone down.

My technician took her time with the cuticle work, gave an incredible massage, and applied the polish with zero streaks.
