It was my first time having a Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment and it was so great. Alisa explained everything to me so well, and made me feel really comfortable as always, and the treatment itself was wonderful. I felt so calm for the rest of the day, and felt like the treatment and Alisa worked their magic! Definitely back again - thank you!!

My second massage with Alisa. Absolutely amazing. I realised after my massage I had thought about absolutely nothing for an entire hour! Very unusual for me. Already booked my third appointment!

First MLD but won’t be my last! This was suggested after a previous massage as I have swelling in my lower legs. Well, I’m a convert. Absolutely amazing - such a relaxing treatment and I can see a difference in my legs already.
