I had my second ever massage here and I immediately felt comfortable, Ailsa talked through everything she was she going do and made sure I felt okay during the whole massage. The massage itself was exceptional, some stubborn knots finally got released and my back has never felt better

Very impressed with the holistic approach which explored facets of my lifestyle that affect my lower back and neck pain. The massage was worth every penny, and I was even given some stretches to do for homework! I will definitely be back.
