Alisa and Touch holistic therapy were great! She helped me with my back tension and my knots and she made a difference to the muscles and the joints. Very much recommended, especially in this new venue in the city, which is calming and relaxing!

As a regular of Alisa’s, I cannot praise her and the service she provides enough! Considerate, knowledgable, kind and skilled, there is no one else I would rather go to or recommend to every one else!
Alisa makes sure you are looked after from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave. She even makes sure to go through with you after how you can help your body day-to-day with any regular pains or aches.
I also love the new space she is in as it is quiet, cosy and relaxing!
