I was a bit clueless about what I wanted so I showed them so photos and effectively gave the stylist free regin - they did not disappoint! I absolutely loved my braid and bun combo and will definitely be back.
Booked a mani/pedi for 5:30, started my manicure late at 6:00 and my pedicure around 6:10. Once finished made me walk upstairs barefoot as they wanted to close downstairs.
I was made to sit freezing, next to the open front door (my feet turned blue as it's Nov). Didn’t give me a nail drying machine, then made me leave with wet toesnails in trainers and clingfilm. Blamed me as I didn't bring flip-flops... (thought 1.5 hours with a machine, that I wouldn't need to)
Too cold to ask for money back
