I liked the manicure and the friendliness of the therapists they were really kind and accommodating even though we changed one of our treatments.
The pedicure however was really disappointing. They didn’t soak our feet with bubbles before starting and they didn’t moisturise our feet at the end. They also didn’t scrub enough so my feet don’t feel as good as they do from other salons. It was hard to communicate with one of the therapists who doesn’t speak English and although that’s not her fault I couldn’t really have a conversation with her and I had to talk through the other therapist.
It was an ok experience
The staff made my experience exceptional. Very cozy salon next to Stepney Green station. Highly recommended!
