Matt was brilliant - took the time to go through the exact areas that were bothering me and did a fantastic job of getting rid of some very stubborn knots! Feel so much better since my visit so cannot recommend Matt and Total Sports Rehabilitation enough!

Fantastic treatment, amazing service.
Any pain was well worth it; Matt worked on my misaligned shoulders and released tension in my traps, then worked on a foot injury that I’ve left untreated for years - literally 30 mins after the treatment, I could feel a massive difference walking and I’ve had minimal hassle with it since, despite a busy weekend on my feet.
Highly recommended.

Brilliant experience reversed weeks of discomfort in 45 minutes.

I thought I would feel uncomfortable but George was very friendly, professional and very polite which made me feel comfortable at each sessions.
I’m hoping they will do a bulk session to cut costs as it can certainly be costly.
I would recommend Total sports rehabilitation- George 👍🏽
