Excellent treatment by Matt who was very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave lots of good advice to enable me to get back to full fitness. Highly professional in great surroundings. I would highly recommend Total Sports Rehabilitation.

Visited the Total Sports Rehab clinic with some extreme back pain and was greeted with a lovely setting, private gym which I was informed upon asking was a 1:1 training gym (noted for future) and a spacious and extremely clean treatment room. The consultation process was thorough (Matt had asked about past medical history & conditions which I have never had before) and the treatment was easily 5 star worthy. I felt very safe in the hands of Total Sports Rehab as Matts knowledge of the human body is second to none. My go-to place for Sports and Deep Tissue Massage. Oh, and my back has never felt so great! Thank you

Can’t fault Matt at all, always finds you a slot for treatment always listens to what’s wrong and offers solutions. Really trust his expert knowledge and his advice and treatment has always worked for my injuries (of which I have many 😂) Would recommend 100%.
