Having had a problem for a while and seen various professionals Matt quickly identified the problem (I was squatting wrong) advised me how to correct it,treated the tight muscles which were preventing me from doing it properly & gave me homework to facilitate recovery. It’s the first time I have had such mobility since lockdown began. In spite of feeling a bit battered and bruised afterward, I would thoroughly recommend him and would definitely go back if I have any further injuries/ problem
