Helen greeted me on my arrival, and made me feel relaxed straight away. This was my first shoulder, neck and back massage. We chatted throughout the session, which put my mind at ease. She explained the reasoning behind this type of massage and advised me.to have this done every few weeks, if possible. She gave me privacy to undress and redress, and went out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as I could be. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Helen!
