The shop is in the Shopper's Walk arcade in Swansea and it has a charming, nostalgic feel. I turned up a little early, but Katie was ready exactly on time for my appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and did her best to make me comfortable. She made sure I understand every part of the procedure. She has a lovely, friendly yet professional manner and I would absolutely recommend Total Skincare to anyone who wants treatments.
