First appointment with Sarah has been an amazing experience. Sarah knew not only the right amount of pressure to use at any given time, but what techniques were the best and most appropriate according to the affected area. At no point was there any severe pain, and it was my first experience having a deep tissue massage that left me feeling more relaxed as opposed to feeling battered and bruised! Highly recommended and will be going back for follow up treatments.

A great experience, having been to a couple of other therapists this was a completely different experience. Professional, thorough, effective and communicative. Everything you want from physio, I have been recommending them to everyone since first going and have been back several times for follow up treatment.

I can very much recommend deep tissue massage in Total Restore. Sarah was really good at treating the problem areas and recommended very useful stretches for me to do at home. Due to the good service and care, I will definitely use this clinic again.
