Sarah is very professional, attentive and friendly. She took time to explain how acupuncture works in detail and asked the right questions about my health and wellbeing to identify suitable techniques. I am very happy with my experience.

Visited total restore for the first time and this was also my first ever visit to the physio. Mollie was fantastic, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The massage itself was painful due to the strain I've put on my lower back but I felt better after! I've also received recommended aftercare. Thanks for everything!

Mollie was great from start to finish. Welcoming, professional and a great massage therapist. I went in struggling to walk with a muscle strain and 2 days later I'm feeling so much better, I have my range of motion back and I feel like my injury is on the mend. Thank you very much, I will be back!
